Cerveceria MODO Brews Up Caffeinated Cerveza Chips "CHANQUITOS"

TECATE, Mexico -- Saturday, May 05, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ -- Beverage Marketing USA, Inc., announced today on this Cinco de Mayo national holiday that it has launched a line of premium-priced tortilla chips, called CHANQUITOS™ Cerveza Chips, the new patent pending premium USDA certified organic stone ground tortilla chips are being developed for manufacturing by Los Angeles-based Snak King and will initially retail for about “three dollars” for an eight ounce bag in Mexican Restaurants and in the Supermarket produce section next to the Calavo® Guacamole and fresh ripe Avocados. CHANQUITOS Cerveza Chips are baked, all natural and have no cholesterol or trans fats, and have about the same natural caffeine as in the Cerveza CHANGO® or in a can of the CHANGO™ Energy Drink.

“We use only USDA certified organic stone ground Masa de maíz, Cerveza MODO and natural sea salt to make CHANQUITOS Cerveza Chips,” said Francisco Paco Jimenez, President of Cerveceria MODO. “The mineral content of the sea salt and the natural cerveza flavor gives it an authentic taste, perfect for dipping Calavo® Guacamole, our natural sea salt is from the pacific ocean and is obtained by solar evaporation of seawater.” said Jimenez.
