Rockville, MD 2007-03-12 -- The Rockville Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its Eighth Annual Women in Business Conference and Tradeshow, featuring nationally recognized expert of the growth of women-owned business and Secrets of Millionaire Women: How Women Just Like You Built Multimillion Dollar Businesses author Mary Cantando, as the Keynote speaker. The event will also feature tradeshow booths from over 100 local vendors, a silent auction of over 50 business items and gift items, and power meetings with high profile business leaders, and a rotating “experts” booth, modeled after Peanuts’ Lucy “The Doctor Is In” stand, where attendees can get answers for looming questions.

Nearly 1000 people attended the Conference and Tradeshow in 2006.The Conference is designed to train and motivate women, while facilitating business development, selling and lead generation needs.

Admission to the conference and luncheon $99. This year a special Bring-a-Friend rate is being offered: two registrations for $175. Tickets to the Keynote Luncheon are $65 per person. Exhibit space is available for 120 exhibitors in the Tradeshow. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for companies who want exclusive opportunities to interact with owners, executive and managers of local companies.
