Dec 20, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ --Brasil Energy Corporation a Florida Corporation lands in Brasil and plans to invest US$300 Million Dollars along with its investors and partners in the Logistics and Mining Sectors

The Company announces the agreement to purchase a manganese mine with extensive reserves in the State of São Paulo. The acquisitions is the first of many investments that the group intends to make in Brasil within the next few years. "The next steps will be to implement Logicore Limited Liability Corporation here in Brasil to run the local operations. And we are currently searching for 8 executives to fill our senior level management positions. We are going to invest in both the logistics and mining sectors through Logicore Limited Liability Corporation", according to Ric Scheinkman, executive of the Group Brasil Energy Corporation.

Logicore´s expectation is to mine 150,000 metric tons of manganese per month. While manganese can be used to produce steel and fertilizers, Brasilian Manganese ore is of the highest quality in the World.
