December 07, 2007 |
December 6, 2007—Chapel Hill, NC
Thirty seven top mortgage and financial professionals convened November 27-28 in Dallas to continue learning how to maximize their clients’ wealth creation through the management of their liabilities. This was their second of four two-day Mentor meetings to be held within a year that will transform them into Trainers, the highest level of achievement offered by KendallTodd.
At the inaugural meeting in September, Robert Middleton of Action Plan Marketing (www.actionplan.com) gave a detailed presentation outlining successful marketing strategies specifically tailored for the Mentor class. Additionally, he assigns weekly “homework” to the Mentors so that they can continue honing their marketing skills. In November, Mike Fisher of Integrity Selling spent six hours with the Mentors teaching them Ron Willingham’s customer-focused sales process. In addition, Fisher will lead the Mentors over the next eight weeks through a structured program that has been proven successful in increasing sales, profits, productivity and customer loyalty. Roberto Monaco, a former trainer for Tony Robbins, taught a dynamic approach for Influencing Your Audience from the Stage.
In addition to quarterly meetings, Mentors are encouraged to meet regularly with their assigned accountability partners and hives, i.e., groups of eight who work together to share best practices nationwide and support each other. The Mentors are learning the importance of mindset and veritas (truthfulness) to enhance their professional and personal lives. Vinnie Apostolico, a Mentor, said, “This Mentor program is life changing, and I’m glad I’m part of this. I know 2008 will turn into my best year ever.”
The Mentor program has been so well received that KendallTodd has decided to form a second class that is now accepting applications. KendallTodd, Inc. is the industry leading provider of strategy, content, tools and training for Mortgage and Financial Advisory professionals seeking to maximize clients’ wealth creation through the management of their liabilities.
