2007-03-22 /prbuzz/ -- The Xtreme Verbier remains the ultimate freeride event in the world after 11 years. Set in the Swiss Alps, the best riders come together to select and ride their most extreme line from the North Face of the Bec des Rosses. Each rider hikes an hour to the summit, then takes individual turns in riding their most extreme line to contend for the 86,400euros in prize money and the best overall rider will take home a pickup Nissan Navara double cab. Riders are judged on their line, control and fluidity.
