ACCESS AND MCN HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
Integrated e-learning and competency assessment solution to improve tracking and documentation of healthcare staff development efforts

Denver, Colo., Mar. 14, 2007 - MCN Healthcare (MCN), a leading provider of regulatory compliance and learning solutions for the healthcare industry and Access, known for helping healthcare providers trim costs by simplifying workflow processes, announced today that the companies have formed a strategic partnership to provide a more effective process for tracking staff development, learning, and competencies.

The new integrated solution combines MCN's extensive library of nearly 600 competency assessment documents with the Access' Evolution (EVO) On-Line Forms, a web-based technology that creates forms by connecting directly to multiple databases. A commercially available version of this product will be available in the third quarter of 2007.
